All the required HSE appointments, PPE , Tool & Plant and necessary steps and checks are in place on any of our projects to ensure a safe working environment for our staff, client staff and client facility's alike.
We follow a robust QA/QC - quality assessment and quality control processes system from Concept, Design, Procurement, Installation, Test & Commissioning and Handover. This is to ensure that throughout the entire life cycle of the project the correct checks and balances, , SANS compliance are in place and are being carried out as required during the different stages of the project. This approach ensures a quality compliant end product.

SCOPE WE COVER

We cover all Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospital / Medical facilities / Retail and Reticulation Projects.

Upgrades to existing facilities

Based on the scope of work of the project, we conduct detailed survey's of each facility, determine the current design, what the risk elements are in doing the upgrade, calculate the current and future load requirements are and factor in future future growth prospects.
As per the survey we give detailed feedback referencing any existing defects, design related issues and compliance to the relevant SANS codes/ building codes for that specific installation and give recommendation's on our findings.
We interface the new build into the existing design and ensure a seamless alignment between the old and the new installations.
From this survey we then produce a robust design, cost BOQ and construction program.

New Installations As per the Clients Brief we do a Concept design of the project. On approval of the Concept Design by the Client the Professional Team will develop the detailed final design, costs and program of the project. On approval by the client the Project Management Construction Team and team of Sub Contractors will execute the project.

PROJECT EXECUTION

The following levels are followed and adhered to in all projects.

Level 0 - Design
Level 1 - Procurement
Level 2 - Delivery
Level 3 - Installation & Energization of equipment
Level 4 - Functional Performance Test (FPT)
Level 5 - Integrated System Test (IST.

Construction Team and Specialist Vendors:
Project Execution - During Construction our MEP Construction Managers / Project Managers will liaise with the Client team, manage the Sub Contractors, manage the procurement process Level 2 interfacing with the Client, Professional Team, Sub Contractors and Vendors as required.
Test & Commissioning phases - Our Commissioning Team, MEP Construction Managers / Project Managers will manage and attend where required all Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Monitor and control the delivery, Installation up to level 3 Energization.
Systems Checking ie. Level 3 Energization, Level 4 Functional Performance Testing (FPT) to final Integrated system testing (IST) are carried out to the required levels and tests.
